Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Fresh Coconut Pulp (Grated)
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cups Fresh Cream (Cream)
- 1/2 Cups Condensed Milk
- 1/4 Cups Powdered Sugar (As Per Taste)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence (Optional)
- 2-3 Tablespoons Chopped Dry Fruits (Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios – Optional)
Method Of Preparation:
01. Mixing: In A Blender, Combine The Coconut Milk, Condensed Milk, Powdered Sugar And Vanilla Essence And Blend Well.
02. Adding The Cream: Take The Fresh Cream In A Separate Bowl And Whisk It Lightly. Then Add It Slowly To The Coconut Mixture.
03. Add Coconut And Dry Fruits: Now Add Grated Coconut And Chopped Dry Fruits And Mix Well.
04. Freeze: Pour The Prepared Mixture Into An Airtight Container And Put Cling Wrap (Plastic Sheet) On Top So That Ice Crystals Do Not Form In It.
05. Place The Mixture In The Freezer For 6-8 Hours Or Overnight.
06. Serve: After The Ice Cream Is Set, Scoop It Up And Serve Cold.
